Public transportation in Helsinki
Public transport in Helsinki is well accessible and works efficiently. The same tickets work in trams, buses, the Metro, commuter trains, light rail, and the Suomenlinna ferry in the centre area.
HSL app
The HSL app allows you to buy tickets, find the best route to your destination and get up-to-date information about service changes. We strongly recommend you to download it in case you’re planning to use public transport.
If you wish not to download the app you can also use the HSL Ticket Store webpage. You can access the store through a web browser on your phone, tablet or computer.
Besides the online and in-app purchases a contactless payment is a fast and easy way to purchase adult single tickets. However please note there are slight differences on the prices depending on where you buy the ticket.
Transportation options from Radisson Blu Hotel Olumpia to Tallinn Airport
You have three convenient options for getting to the airport:

The ride usually takes about 10–15 minutes and costs approximately 8-17 €. If you do not already have the Bolt app, you can download it from the App Store or Google Play.
To register, you will need to enter your credit card details. Payment happens automatically through the app.

The cheapest option is to take the bus (2 € per person).
From the hotel, walk approximately 7 minutes to the bus stop called “Tornimäe”. From there, take bus no. 2 or 15, departing roughly every 16 minutes. The bus stop “Lennujaam/Airport” is just a 3-minute walk from the airport.
